It has been a busy year here in Fogville. Christina is still enjoying her retirement from UCSF, playing with our kittens, Marble (who looks a little like Hitler!) and Taylor. She also likes to spend time working with Companions In Waiting, a pet adoption group. She has visited her friend Melody in Hawaii a couple of times, which always seems to recharge her batteries, and she still loves football and watching the San Francisco 49'ers, although this year they could have done more to please her thirst for the playoffs.

We had some major work done on the house over the summer, with 2/3 of the house getting some beautiful Brazilian Koa hardwood flooring, while the kitchen underwent renovation, with new light fixtures, appliances, cabinets and granite countertop with backsplash. It is very nice.

Marty continues to work on getting his Bachelor's degree from San Francisco State University, when he isn't working there, and has had a very good year in his studies, receiving top grades in all his classes. He also did a radio show called "Uncle Marty's 3D Radio Activity" on the university station, KSFS, where he was the production director in the fall semester. The show would revolve around a central theme every week, ranging in topics from songs about dogs, cats, birds, money, Hawaii, Chicago Blues, trains, the weather, gospel or other fun musical ideas. You can check out the archives of his show at 3Dradio.mypodcast.com. He makes his twice a year trip to Yosemite for The Strawberry Music Festival on Memorial and Labor Day weekends to get his fill of camping and live music. If it is nice out, you can see him on the coastal Highway One riding his motorcycle down to Half Moon Bay or over to Alice's Restaurant on Skyline in Woodside for something that usually involves icecream. Sean is still a very large and happy Airedale, after having to have his right knee redone last July.
